1. Who we are

oinsky ("we", "us") is a drone mapping and imaging operator based in Greater Auckland, New Zealand. You can reach us at hello@oinsky.com. We are committed to handling personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

2. What we collect

Quote enquiries: name, email, phone (optional), service, job location, timeframe and message — submitted through our contact form.
Website analytics: privacy-friendly, aggregated usage data (e.g. Cloudflare Web Analytics). This does not identify you individually.
Imagery: aerial captures may incidentally record people, vehicles or private property. We minimise this and blur or remove identifiable individuals on request.

3. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, provide the service requested, arrange and plan flights, and improve the site. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Sharing & storage

Enquiry emails are delivered via our email provider (Resend). We do not sell your information. Captured imagery is shared only with the client under the relevant engagement. Data is stored on secured platforms; enquiry records are kept only as long as needed for the enquiry and any resulting work.

5. Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to access or correct your personal information, and to have incidentally captured imagery of you blurred or removed where practicable. To exercise these rights, email hello@oinsky.com. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Privacy Commissioner.

6. Cookies

We use minimal, privacy-friendly analytics only. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
