2. Site information

Content is provided for general information and is not legal, surveying, engineering or financial advice. While we aim for accuracy, we don't guarantee the site or any outputs are error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

3. Quotes & engagements

Quote requests are indicative only and are not a binding offer or contract until confirmed in writing. Pricing, availability and scope may change. Drone flights are subject to weather, airspace and CAA rule constraints, and may need landowner or authority permission we'll arrange where required.

4. Drone operations

Flights are conducted in compliance with CAA rules. We use sub-250g drones wherever a job allows (lighter rules, lower risk under Part 101) and operate under Part 102 certification where a job requires it. We are responsible for safe, lawful operation of the aircraft; clients are responsible for lawful use of any deliverables. Clients must provide a safe operating environment and disclose hazards, restrictions or sensitive areas at the site before flight.

5. Intellectual property

This website and its content are © oinsky unless stated. Captured imagery and data remain our copyright until ownership is explicitly transferred under a separate engagement agreement. You may not reuse site content or our imagery without written permission.

6. Liability & drone damage

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from our drone operations or the aircraft — including damage to property, equipment or the site, or any indirect or consequential loss — except where liability cannot be excluded by law. We use sub-250g drones wherever a job allows, which reduces (but does not remove) risk and operating restrictions. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or for our negligence where the law does not permit exclusion.

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we also exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, including the accuracy of any mapping or measurement estimates shown here.

We're not responsible for third-party sites we link to. We may update these terms; the current version applies whenever you use the site.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
